About Sage to Saddle
On the windswept hills of the Lakota Badlands, Sage to Saddle aims to create a safe, supportive space for Native youth from the Pine Ridge Reservation through a horse-centered after-school program.
The program focuses on horsemanship, horse care, academic support, and cultural connection, offering children ages 8-18 a positive alternative to difficult home environments and harsh winters. By working with horses, students can build responsibility, confidence, and a deeper connection to traditions central to their community's history and survival.
Through buying a ten dollar raffle ticket—or as many entries as you’d like— you will enter to win one of two 18×24” “Sage Dance” Limited Edition Prints valued at $235.
All raffle proceeds will be donated to Sage to Saddle.
